How often do you have your pumps serviced?
We offer regular service contracts to maintain your pump assets.
Our preventative pump maintenance programs typically include:
• General check of pump’s operation, vibration and noise
• Confirming the pump direction is correct
• Conducting electrical test on motor (insulation and amperage)
• Checking pit condition (if applicable)
• Checking valve condition and operation
• Providing a maintenance report and quotes for additional works if required
We offer monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance programs, however we are able to develop custom programs as well.

Our Latest Blog Entry - Covid-19 Update

As Responsible Essential Service providers, we would like to provide you with an update on the precautions and actions that Asset & Facility Maintenance are taking in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We understand this is a trying time with a lot of uncertainty about the future. As a provider of essential plumbing services, we are keeping up to date with the latest COVID-19 developments.
Precautionary Measures
When a customer requests Asset & Facility Maintenance to attend their premises, we will ask the following questions:
Have you travelled to Coronavirus affected regions or countries that are deemed to be high-risk by either the Australian or New Zealand Government?
Have you travelled overseas or inter-state (within the last 14 days)?
Have you had possible contact (working within 1 meter or in an enclosed place for more than 60 minutes) with someone who is a confirmed case of COVID-19 (within the last 14 days)?
Are you sharing a residence or been in contact with someone who has travelled overseas or interstate (within the last 14 days)?
Low Risk
If a customer responds no to the above questions and Asset & Facility Maintenance are maintaining / replacing a toilet or other sanitary fixtures, Asset & Facility Maintenance will still wear the following.
Eye protection.
Respirator mask
gloves.
High Risk
If they have answered yes to any of these questions Asset & Facility Maintenance will utilise the following personal protective equipment
Protective overalls.
Eye protection.
Respirator mask.
Industrial gloves.
After leaving the premises, the suit, mask, gloves and boot covers will be placed in a sealed plastic bag and discarded in a sealed bin.
Temperature Testing
We are testing our temperatures each day. This is just another step we are taking to ensure we are not inadvertently spreading COVID-19 throughout the community. If any of our staff have a temperature above 37.5° that individual will NOT work.
Additional Precautions
Further, we are currently wiping down all surfaces with antibacterial wipes and/or spraying surfaces with Glen-20 or similar. Additionally, we have sadly implemented a no handshake policy. We are sorry to have to do this, but we are trying our best to do our part to help 'flatten the curve' and minimise the spread of this virus.
If you are at all concerned with any of Asset & Facility Maintenance health and safety precautionary measures - please do not hesitate to contact us on 02 8080 7522.
